Paddleboard Morning Tour
Paddleboarding is the new craze sweeping the watersports world. Explore, enjoy and find your feet on Kenmare Bay!
Challenge yourself on this new and exciting tour; take up position on your paddleboard and our guide will teach you all you need to know. Every tour is individually crafted to suit YOU, the people on it, to give you most out of your paddleboard experience. Gently cruise through historic and wild surroundings and immerse yourself in the present moment. You will even improve your core stability as you enjoy the craic; all you need to bring is swimwear and a sense of fun!

Please be aware that we cannot accept single booking for paddleboarding.

- Our instructors will teach you all you need to know and will look after you throughout the experience.
- Longjohn style wetsuits, waterproof jackets and buoyancy aids are provided.
- The most wind dependent of our activities, we make sure that the conditions are suitable before we bring you paddleboarding.
- You must be able to swim at least 20 metres (wearing a buoyancy aid) in order to participate.

- All equipment (including paddleboard, paddle, wetsuit, windproof jacket and buoyancy aid.
- Fun facts about the history, marine biology and wildlife of the area.
- Dad jokes galore.

- Your own wetsuit (if you have one, otherwise we can provide a sleeveless wetsuit).

- For groups of 4 people or less we offer a full refund up to 48 hours in advance of the experience start time.
- For groups of 5 people or more we offer a full refund up to 72 hours in advance of the experience start time.
- For private groups we offer a full refund up to one week in advance of the experience start time.
- In the unfortunate event that the wind forces us to cancel your experience then you will be offered a full refund if you don’t want to reschedule to a later date.

- Walk on water amongst beautiful and historic surroundings.
- Sit, lie, stand, kneel or splash; you have the freedom to choose how you enjoy your time on the water.
- There are chances to paddleboard all over the world, learn a new skill that you can take with you on your travels.
- While you are on a guided tour you are in control of your own craft, this gives you the freedom to explore with a guide never far away.
- Paddleboarding is fun! Feel like a happy youngster no matter what age you are.
- Improve your core stability and fitness without even trying.

- No previous experience is needed to join our tours.
- Your guide will teach you all you need to know at the start of the tour, if you want to practice more advanced skills just ask!

- The short answer is… Maybe.
- We provide all necessary gear to keep you warm and safe, even if you do fall in.
- You don’t have to get wet, sometimes spills happen but you can always kneel and stay dry.

- We recommend that you wear swim gear, a t-shirt and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
- We provide wetsuits and windproof tops if you would like them. We also provide buoyancy aids.
- If you have your own wetsuit then we recommend that you bring that with you.

- You should allow approximately 2 hours from your time of arrival to departure

- Rain, no problem! We love to paddleboard in the rain here in Ireland.
- In the unfortunate event that strong winds force us to cancel a trip we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you priority booking on another tour.

- We have no problem with you bringing a camera/phone however we don’t take any responsibility for it. We would hate for you to drop it into the water but if you’re happy to take it we are happy to pose for photos.
- Your instructor will try to take photos of you, which we send on to you afterwards.

- We would encourage you to book at least one day in advance to give you the best chance of joining our tours.

Incredible experience and amazing staff!
This was our second time on this trip and we couldn’t recommend it more. The experience itself is incredible, the stories, the sunset and the bioluminescence are amazing! The staff are as amazing as the sights, Jamie, Rowan, Rommel and Eamon are so helpful and informative – really great at explaining everything to more nervous members of the group!

Unbelievable night kayak
Unbelievable night Kayak with Jamie and our 2 x boys – we learnt so much about the nature of the surrounding area (in a v fun way) and also the history both real and Mystical!!! Our son has not stopped telling everyone he meets about the bioluminescence and some of the other amazing things he learnt. Jamie is the best host you could ask for and his endless supply of “dad jokes” was sight to behold. Thanks again Jamie!!!

Utterly fantastic
Utterly fantastic. Took us on a tour of Kenmare Bay in a tandem sit in kayak. The instructor (Eamonn) was full of stories and knowledge about the local history and biome and we felt safe at all times . He judged the trip on our level of paddle experience and adjusted accordingly, just super from beginning to end!
